that I was the first to snag it(along with the other 2 in this last
batch)from the TIF folder.

I got a 6 dial-up clients with 98, so it's easier for me to just burn
them to a CD rather than go through the tedious dial up crap at their
houses and offices.(Hypothetically speaking of course, I would never
distribute the files because that is ILLEGAL.) They're on Netzero and
AOL, which just exasperates the situation. They pay for slow service AND
popups. Go figure.

Why does MS play these kind of games?
Why not just post the file so their Windows 98 customers can get them
without a hassle?


I have no idea about that. I could speculate, but what's the point?
Their game, their rules, their power trip. "The Phone Company" used to
behave that way too, but we've seen their fate, so just keep on smilin'.
