Family Logon has nothing to do with Internet Connection Sharing and, as
Noel says, everything to do with having multiple users using the same Win
Me PC. I'd suggest you follow Noel's advice/suggestion.

the SAME computer of which we have just one---so no networking is
possible.
What I'm after is a means of facilitating and speeding up the
switching from one user to another by avoiding having to type in the
new users name.
