This cable does not establish a network connection between your two
computers, and won't work at all unless you also install the software that
came with it.

Hi The
I'm trying to "Home Network" 2 computers--a P2 300+mhz Windows M-E to
a
P2 400+ Windows X-P--with Internet Connection originating on M-E. In
doing
so I am utilizing the "Genelink" USB Cable--however, I am getting NO
results--I do NOT see the X-P files on M-E nor do I see M-E files on X-P.
The
peculiar thing is I was able to do this last year (Network from 1.6 P4 X-P
to
400 mhz Celeron M-E--but for some reason I just don't remember what steps
to
take and the "Genelink" manual doesn't offer any "troubleshooting"
solutions.) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Neil
