There's nothing wrong with the program settings and they are easy to
understand, only, some people like them and others don't. It's simply a
matter of preference.

Don't worry about 'Logging', it will be set by default to appropriate
kb's
and 'Notice'.
Just concern yourself with all the familiar items and make your choices
