When I try to restart my HP Pavilion, it won't restart. It will shut
down just fine when I hit Start - Shutdown - Shutdown. It won't
restart when I hit Start - Shutdown - Restart. I think this has
something to do with Windows ME settings. This feature worked before,
but I can't remember what made it work. Anyone have any ideas?
