FoxIt is now crippleware and acting badly like adware and requiring
the installation of an
Ask Toolbar.
If you choose not to install the Ask Toolbar, FoxIt is crippled.

Yes. I use v3.0 B.1120 with no toolbar.
It the latest version and the site referenced may have versions like what you and I have.
