Default Data recovery?

Tim,

Your problem is having GoBack spit installed. This changes the file
system type flag from 0B hex (FAT32) or just possibly 0c hex to 44 hex
and unless you are happy using a disk editor then you should follow
whatever instructions Symantec/GoBack provide to allow you to recover from
this situation. GoBack support can be accessed via
http://www.symantec.com/home_homeoff...port/index.jsp The GoBack
manual can be downloaded from
http://www.symantec.com/techsupp/hom...5/manuals.html

Because GoBack appears on a startup screen I assume that the GoBack
program was in use. Do I use GoBack to get at the files?

Fdisk can see both drives. I do not have the computer with me right
now so I can't be sure but I believe it says FAT32 if that's possible
for a filling system for both drives.
