Default Posting In The Future?

On Wed, 17 Sep 2008 21:27:19 -1600, "DaffyDŽ" put
finger to keyboard and composed:

Glen, I'm not sure what to do because everything that I can see looks fine.
I have been using a new computer for 2 weeks now but checking the date/time
properties on the taskbar, the date and time do show PM, not AM. What's
strange is that when I look at the time of your post in OE, it's time
stamped 11:50 AM on the 17th, which means that per what I see your reply was
posted 9 hours before I posted the my question. Why would I be seeing the
opposite of what you see?

These are your original headers as I see them:

Your time zone appears to be set for GMT-16 hours (?) whereas Pacific
Daylight Time (PDT) is GMT-7 (USA & Canada).

Maybe that explains the 9 hours difference?
