I guess you do not need to reformat... just rename "Windows" and "[program
files] in italian" forlders and proceed with the instalation...
That will keep you original files intact..
To rename that folders I uses and old DOS util (norton NCD matbe) but I
think you can get one from the net...

I have a PC with Win98 Italian version loaded. I would like to install

English version.

Question is: Do I need to format and reinstall or can I just do a
re-install over the top?
