possibly winzip) to decompress this archive, which will give you this

You can burn that to a CD-R, or use a program like WinImage
(http://www.winimage.com/winimage.htm) to extract the files from the
ISO. Winrar can also extract the contents from the ISO image.

posted at various times in 2014 that are no longer available, then post
