I don't know why you don't get the printable version but it does look
different from the page that you mentioned. See if you can go directly
there using this link:

Also, you might look to see if it came up on a new page. See if you have
more than one web page open.

Yes I know the difference between the two. As I said, when I click on
Get The Printable Version, nothing happens, the screen just remains as it
is.
This is happening on my 85 yr old father's system. The site I had him try
was: http://kubookstore.kusports.com/basketball/schedules/. I can open
the
Printable Version on this site just fine with XP Home, ME, and 98SE, but
I'm
in a different state. He uses a 98SE and just started having this problem
with several sites, not just the one above I gave him to test. Thanks
