Having issues with Winipcfg
I don't understand your reasoning for crossposting this to a Windows XP
group. Nor the crossposting to non relevant 98 groups.

fails to respond after this.
I did a search on the web and some website said to add/remove dial up
networking, and re-install. I did this, but it did not fix my problem.
So I then called my ISP's tech support, and he reccommended that I remove
my Network Card drivers, and re-install from the floppy, and I did this,
but my problem remains.
So therefore I think I have a SERIOUS problem.
Does anyone have any solutions?
