This parameters active the ACPI Mode for energy manager.....(this necesary
for shutdown automatically) in Releases of BIOS after 2000 year..

What does one do to get a computer to shut down automatically when one
chooses to "Shutdown"? The computer was capable of automatic shutdown when
it was running W98SE, but, now, with MinME, the monitor just displays
something like, "It's OK to turn off the computer." A hard drive with
WinME
was moved to a newer computer.
