That's progress of a sort but again I never actually asked you to use CD C:.
What actually happens now when from the A:\ when you used the ATTRIB and REN
commands? However I don't know about using any "GoBack floppy". I would
prefer you to use a Win Me boot floppy/setup disk otherwise you won't have the
ATTRIB command. So please read the GoBack screen when your system boots and
follow the instructions their for how to boot to DOS.

I have also recently ran Scan Disk, Defrag, and scanned my
system for viruses using Norton's AntiVirus 2004
Professional (nothing was found).

This may have given you some satisfaction but as I have repeatedly said will
do nothing to solve your problem. You know what you need to do, I've told you
the commands to use and until you do so you will continue to see the error
every time you boot your PC.
