I can get on most internet pages , but intermittently get the above only on
specific ones ,like "Sound and Vision "magazine as an example.Can also go to
a bank site,get to the account page, enter password,but when I clik to pay
bills I get this THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED
Also can always go to "USA TODAY " but inside that site , where I guess an
advertisement is, I can see part of that "THIS PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED" page.

Have gone thru the knowledge base and deleted cookies,temp files, and
history files. Am able to ping the loopback ( 127.0.0.1 ). Have reloaded
windows ME.

Any IDEAS ???
