Glad to hear it. You did well to ultimately uninstall it properly with
the .ini. Well, did it remove the .dll you had put back?

Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
Naturally, you will not sue,
should things get worse after this,

| Thanks all,
|
| Alan hit my problem - I removed the 'Contents Submenu'.
|
| Before coming back here, I had found from google searches
"content.dll"
| and "content.ini". I removed them manually, rebooted, it worked.
|
| I put them back after reading this, and did the uninstall, in case it
| removed any registry entries.

| Hi Gary,
|
| #1 It is annoying. Going through the right click, many times I end
| up with a screen full of files, when I did not intend on using
| 'contents.' Perhaps worse for me than others because my menu speed
| is set to no-delay, so contexts pop up when quickly arrowing through
| them.
|
| #2 I was troubleshooting the fact that 'find' is not available when
| clicking on my 'C' drive, and some other folders. It was my guess
| that too many context menus, or some individual one, was hiding the
| find function. I was right-'find' now appears with every folder
right-
| click. I might guess from Alan's post that I installed win95 toys
which
| do not belong here in win98se?
|
| Thank you all for your assistance.
