Default CTMOUSE in Win98 DOS window (or full screen)?

If you otherwise have a usable mouse under DOS using CTMOUSE drivers, but
only the scroll wheel doesn't work, I can't see that there would be any
solution. If the mouse won't work at all under DOS with the CTMOUSE drivers,
then you should check BIOS settings to make sure that PS/2 support is
enabled.

Is there a way to run a program in a DOS window under Win98 and have
the CTMouse (CuteMouse) driver installed? CTMouse 2.0 supports the
wheel in DOS mode. When I try to load it in a DOS window, it says
"device not found". I have a PS/2 Logitech mouse. The driver loads and
works in DOS boot mode.

OR is there any other way to get wheel support in a DOS program running
in a window or full screen over windows?

Thanks,

Harvey
