I tried clicking it but nothing happened.

You're not having much luck are you! Try again. The Resource Meter
minimises to the System Tray when started. It's the icon with the three
bars which hopefully are all green but some may be red. Right click for
details.

But enough of that. I made progress over in ME.
I managed to find the folder that had the BASE2.CAB AND
typed that in, and I believe it installed. When I went to
AccessoriesSystem Tools, I found System Resource Meter
there to be clicked on. I tried clicking it but nothing
happened. Maybe it dumps it into a file. But that's where
you said we'd learn about the 64K....
Now that I have the Resource Meter in the menu......what next?
