Well, it is certainly not a problem with the speed of clicking the mouse.
As for websites, mail.yahoo.com is a good example. It usually has one of
those ads that causes the problem.

never had any problems with CCleaner. I guess it could be a Reg issue,
not sure. How about sending some of the URL's you can't open, so, we can
try. Are all of these pages that you have been able to access before??

I have this situation once in a while, but noticed that it is caused by
clicking the mouse button too quickly. If you tried it again, as
suggested,
only a bit slower, will it work then? Let us know, please.

list of any anti-virus, spyware, adware, malware, firewall programs

may be running. Also, are you using the HOSTS file to block unwanted
ads?
If this is something that has recently manifested itself, think about
anything you may have added or changed in that period.
