list of any anti-virus, spyware, adware, malware, firewall programs you
may be running. Also, are you using the HOSTS file to block unwanted ads?
If this is something that has recently manifested itself, think about
anything you may have added or changed in that period.

Each time I click on properties it reads:
res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL
I looked in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM. The SHDOCLC.DLL file is present.

This shows up where advertisements are are suppose to show a picture or
animation in a web page.

Any ideas?
