The transfer arrow is "greyed out" on WMP. All USB connections to and from
Player and PC are fine and when portable device is turned on it displays
"waiting". The player works find on its own.
All was working fine until last year when I had to reformat my hard drive.
Haven't used WMP and portable device since last November (04).
I have installed a chip set that Dell said may work. Installed the chip
set, but it didn't solve this problem. I have installed the Rio s10 software
and the latest driver for this unit and Win98se.
I'd really like some help with this.
I use Windows 98se, 128 sdram.
