Default Threat by mystery file

The un-named removal tool that give such response should be avoided, pay for
play is not necessary
Many of the most highly recommended Anti Malware applications have always
been free.
"TopSearch" , the usual source of that file is easily removed

A couple of spyware searches indicated that the follow file with a font
extension is a severe threat. It shows the location as
C/windows/fonts/acrsecI.fon. I have been unable to locate such a file so

I
can remove it. None of the fonts show up with this name. I haven't
registered the spyware remover so I can't ask the program to remove this
supposed threat. Are there files that are hidden? Have you ever heard of
this file. It shows the item as Kazaa, which I don't run on my computer.
Thanks. Ron
