I run windows 98 second edition. Whenever I run scan disc
and defragment it says that they are being interupted by
progams running in the background How do I get rid of
these progams I have been trying to run scandisc for
almost two days now. and it still won't complete It
restarts aprox every minute. This is really frustrating.
