Only if you tell us what the error is and WHEN it occurs. Check the
Windows Update.log found in the WINDOWS directory . Open it with
Notepad and scroll down towards the bottom for the most recent
entries. ( You may need to show hidden files and folders to view it.
Open Folder Options in the Control Panel to access this ) Then go
here : http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/troubleshoot/
Search the page for the specific error code you located in the log
and try the suggested resolution(s). If no joy, post the error code
with your response.
