It's unlikely to be a virus because it would affect other=20
areas of the system instead of just that obscure Zip=20
program.

I would remove the program by using its uninstall feature=20
or Add/Remove Programs, and then reinstall it - preferably=20
from a new download of the program.

Help Please;
I have been using Winrar 3.2 trial version to =20

unpack some=20
downloaded files and successfully for the past 8 =20

weeks. But=20
suddenly both the Winrar directory and the =20

directory containing
all my files unpacked with Winrar have become =20

corrupted! The
nature of the corruption is directory names =20

looking like=20
this "@$@$_=B6=B8$.=7FLC" and obviously not accessible.
Question is - is this the cause of a =20

virus, if so
which one. Or is it a problem with Winrar.
Thanks
.
