Yours is a customized version of IE6-SP1 which apparently disabled the
ability to use Setup an Internet Connection in referenced tab. Did you get
IE6-SP1 from your ISP (download or on a CD)? Who is your ISP? Are you
having a problem with your connection? How do you connect, dial-up, cable,
DSL or satellite?
