Default NTLDR not located....HELP

If you are using a Windows ME CD, start the problem computer, go into the
BIOS setup and change the boot sequence so that the CD drive is first. Be
sure to save the new setting when exiting. Then try the Windows ME CD.
You may have to let Windows ME setup reformat the drive. If you are using
floppies, make sure the boot sequence is "A:, C:". If none of this is helpful,
