Default Can't Install CD-R Drive

Confirm that the jumpers on the two drives correspond with the cabling

I recommend obtaining a second cable and configuring the HD to be the
Master
on the first IDE channel, with the CR-RW the Master on the second channel,
to maximize performance.
Be sure to confirm that the order of booting from the devices is as
desired
in the BIOS setup program.

I'm sorry I meant that I'm trying to install a CD-RW drive.
