I have gone thru MSN troubleshooting for script errors and
there isn't anything helpful there. If you can help me I
would so appreciate it. I can't use the help file that is
on my start menu or any other help files that require me
clicking on the "related topics" because I always get
a "script error" such as this:

do you want to continue running scripts on this page?
it doesn't matter if I click yes or no because I still
can't access the information.
