I'm sorry but that makes no sense. The only publicly distributed versions of
the file smgr.dll are as I mentioned in my previous post v4.90.0.2533 and
v4.90.0.3003. To check the version of a file select it in Explorer, right
click and then click Properties and open the Version tab.
