Why should I ?

My WinME runs fine with zero problems, OK it's not used so much nowadays
since my daughter left home but before then she went through school and
college using it every day for various things, not just simple email and
browsing.

Don't need to upgrade to XP have a machine running it that my husband uses,
I use Vista.

Don't have many problems in this house with computers the operators behind
the keyboards aren't stupid.
