The driver you need to update is the driver for your video display adapter.
If you can't find the CD that was supplied with your adapter then you need
to download the latest drivers from the www site of the video display
adapter manufacturer.

The make and model of the video display adapter is usually displayed
on-screen immediately after power-on, before the memory test starts.
Otherwise, you can find it by looking at the card.

The message about the best one being installed only refers to the drivers
that Windows knows about. If you haven't downloaded the proper driver from
the manufacturer's www site then Windows doesn't know that a better one is
available.
