Default After June?

If you are careful with your Internet use &/or get a good virus checker & firewall, you will be fine, I think, to stick with Win98 until the day it crumbles to dust. Some have reportedly seen EVEN Win95 people still alive today! One/two may even have posted to this NG. I STILL haven't heard a peep out of McAfee that a virus has ever tried to infiltrate me. Kerio Personal Firewall has spoken up plenty, but I think I've got it's rules set fine now.

JUST, when all is going well, do make one full system backup, & protect it well. After that, keep another backup on a monthly basis. If ever the monthly one should become flawed or infected, go to the one that you know is good.

Would you like my list of full system backup apps?

Thanks or Good Luck,
There may be humor in this post, and,
Naturally, you will not sue,
should things get worse after this,

| I'm sorry if this has been brought up before, which I'm sure it has.

| After June, when Microsoft stops supporting Win98 with security
| updates, will I need to stop using Win98 with the Internet? Will I
| need a new operating system? Is there any recourse?
