Default Hotmail in OE

Mike M--- How do you create a GMail account??? When I try, I get the
following:

You cannot log into Gmail using your Google Account username and password.
Gmail is in a limited test period and is only available to a small number of
people who are helping test and improve the service before it is made more
widely available. If you have been asked to test Gmail and have not yet
created a Gmail account, please click on the link in your invitation email.

Payment means just that, just like the payment you make to your ISP to
access the internet or to purchase your operating system. Running a mail
server costs money however the reason for Hotmail no longer being free to
use with Outlook Express, although web access is still free, is because
this was used as a method to generate spam and spammers don't like paying
to send you their rubbish. If you want to use a web mail service that
also integrates with OE and is currently free, use Gmail from Google.

I am trying to set my hotmail account in outlook express. When it
tries to download folders this message appears:

"Payment Required

Configuration:
Account: Hotmail
Server:
http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp
User name:
Protocol: HTTPMail
Port: 0
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 80004005"

It was working fine some eight months back .
And also account can be reached via hotmail site. Then

"Payment Required"? To whom? if its Microsoft, how much Bill Gates
need more to make him richest # 2 also.
