Buy a CD, borrow one or look on the hard drive to see if the W98 cab files
(for example, win98_24.cab) are there and, if so, point the system there
when it needs a file.

How can I install a driver on my Windows 98SE without
having to use the Windows CD-ROM which I do not have? I
have purchased a USB card.
