When trying to load some (most)applications in windows 98
i receive the following error message accompanied by a
blue screen

A fatal exception 0e has occurred at 0028:c02a27a8 in vxd
vwin32(05) + 000012d0. The current application will be
terminated.

I have tried to fix by re-installing windows 98 but i
just can't currently use certain applications (including
internet) on my PC. Am currently using a different one.
