One way is to disable virtual memory and then reboot.
Another way would be to put your virtual memory on another partition.
Another way would be to delete its contents while in real-mode DOS.
Why do you want to do it?
It just rebuilds by itself.
There are free 'memory-saver-boost' programs that will do it, but most
consider them to be snake-oil type programs.
What is the problem you are having.
