It's extremely good. I found it recently while looking for ways to shut
a monitor down. It won't shut a hard disk motor off at will, so I had to find
a way to do that myself (with help from Rudloph Loew), but NIRCMD is so
efficient and so powerful that it is a good permanent part of a W98 install.
