Being somewhat computer illiterate I've had a problem
starting up my computer. The first box that pops up
says "windows 98 setup wizard user information" which
also displays my name. I click onto next which displays
license agreement and whether I accept or don't accept.
I clicked onto next which then displays a third
box "window product key" and then asks for a serial#
(which I don't know) showing my authenticity can anyone
please help?
