Anybody know how to connect to Chicago Public Library's free wifi using
a Win98 computer?

Have a Belkin 802.11.b card. The PC gets connected to the network with
a strong signal but never gets redirected to http://1.1.1.1/login.html
so I can click the "yes I know this isn't a secure network" disclaimer.
It always comes up with a 404 page not found error.

It works on other networks.

Internet Connection settings are auto configuration off. Won't work
with Firefox or IE.

Total PC newbie. Simple, complete instructions would be great.
