Default Upgdating my cd

That's what I thought, but I vaguely recalled something about automating
Win9x Updates. Something entirely different, even if it exists.

Hi Gary,

I don't think W98 supports slipstreaming. Seems to me that W2K was the
first OS to support it.

I think what you're thinking about is an admin install CD, one that you
create, in which you can add the setup files and update files using a
process known as "slipstreaming". It is not an easy procedure, and I don't
know where you would find the instructions. While I believe a similar
procedure exists for Windows 9x, I don't believe it is as straight-forward
as that for Win2K/XP, nor do I think it would be worth it unless you're
creating an install CD to use on a LOT of machines that you want to be
identical. Easier solution is to install and update one machine, then
image it to install to other machines.

Is it possible to update my Win98se CD with all available updates & IE6?
I know it can be done with Win2K & XP, what about Win9x OS's?
