I have loaded and reloaded Security Update for Microsoft
Windows (KB819696)about 3 times from the Update Page,
it says the update was successful each time.
However it does not ask for a reboot, and each day I
return to the update page it still says I need to install
the update. As though I never installed it before.

Anyone have any ideas?
