Cannot assign tcpip address on any network device or card..

DHCP is not available so it would naturally have to be a static
address....otherwise I would
not be writing this.

Thanks for the tips but what I know would work is going into the registry
and deleting certain entries that would wipe out everything in the network
properties box and return everything to default as...
