UPDATE: Most Common Problem With Floppy Disk Drives

The same method used to "restore" the drive wheels on the old record
players will likely work here. The wheel was "roughed up" a bit and a
coating material was applied that restored the "sticky"...

I find it interesting that W98se is able to retain the drive letter
assignment integrity without requiring user intervention while W2kPro
seems incapable of retaining the same integrity no matte...

I have 5 network drives Q,R,S,T & U mapped from a raid 5 server. Local
partition drives are C,D,E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M & O. It is a dual boot
station with W98se as drive C, W2k as drive O in a 2nd...
