I tried the commands but the ipaddres is 0.0.0.0 and the mac is
44-45-00-etc........

I just go the computer from someone else who says it has been working fine...

Do I need to reinstall the nic...

Can you give me the setting information??????

When I click on Internet Explorer, I get the wizard to set up the Internet.
But comcast says my modem is set up fine.....

Also how come I dont...

Hello

Does anyone know how I get my ipaddress and physical address to be activated?

at a dos prompt I types ipnconfig/all but it was not available.
