Win98se "Upgrade" with Kernel Ex and Other Aps
One "peculiarity" (if you can call it that) I have noticed with Kernelex on a
98FE machine (4.10.1998) is most of the built-in programmes that come with NT
(Explorer, SOL, WRITE etc.) still won't...
