Anybody experiencing problems at shutdown?

My optical mouse tends to gum up the shutdown process. I have to reboot then go
to Command Mode and shutdown from there about 80% of the time. IE6 also hangs
the computer when closing the final...

photo bucket locking up IE

Photobucket locked up and crashed my IE6 yesterday too. I did manage to get in
finally but the uploading photos page was impossibly slow to load. I blame
Photobucket. I'm sure it worked well a month...

Using large HDD on Win98

I'd make 2 or 3 Fat 32 partitions of 32 GB on XP, then make the remaining space
NTFS partitions. Win 98 won't see the NTFS space at all. But you mentioned that
you are using Win 98FE instead of SE;...

If you opened any windows over the AdAware scan, a poor videocard (8MB for

Looks like every card nowadays requires extensive cooling solutions.

I've looked thru newegg and the ATI 7000 doesn't need a cooling solution. There
appears to be an open box special on these cards...
