I think I answered my own question. I checked the great site mentioned
several threads down (http://www.mdgx.com/wme.htm) and I found a link to the
..NET 2.0 installation file for Me and it worked....

I shut down everything in the task bar and system tray to get rid of all of
the clutter in MSInfo and then took a shot with MSInfo and saved it I then
shut down the extra application instance...
