No MS Web Connection

I have got one of the wierdest problems that I have ever seen. Any help
would be appreciated.

I am using ICS. My W2K computer is the host and my WinME is the client.
Everything seems to work not too...

OK!! I've went over the settings with a fine tooth comb and I found a
problem with the IP setup. I specified the DNS and the gateway and now I
have an active ICS between the NT and ME...
