I can open/start WIN in both Safe and Normal.
I do get an error msg on startup concerning VdX Dynamic Link problem. I
click YES and WIN goes ahead and opens.

win98se..

had an electrical storm knocked out my video card and modem. Got the system
back up and running but Win98 is really messed up.
Shows all kinds of error msg, can't even reinstall antivirus...

When Word lock-up, I click on minimize twice and the flashing stops, the
print screen pops up and works fine.
